  Good accommodation. Very convenient location. All the furniture are in good condition. Very clean. The only disadvantage I could find is, it is bit old. But it is still good value for short term visit to this beautiful city!

  Mike is the guy that takes care of the place and he did a really great job. Clean beds and rooms with a lot of amenities allowing for a comfortable stay even for longer durations

  It's about 25 minutes from CBD and depending on the guests staying when you stay, it could be pleasant or not so pleasant. We had a few families stay the same time we were there, so there was some yelling from kids and crying. The bathrooms were fairly clean. The lounge area was nice and the open air kitchen. The train station that takes you to Kuranda is also close by and the Cairn Central mall is only a ten minute walk. Cam was very pleasant and his father who takes care of the linens. If you're looking for a bare bones place to lay your head, this place will do.

  Good accommodation not too far from the main part of Cairns City. Cosy bedrooms with shared bathroom and kitchen. There are plenty of breezy places to sit on various verandas and a small pool to cool off. Friendly staff happy to give advice to travellers. Would happily stay here again.
